E-MAX specialises in the casting and extrusion of circular aluminium. From our own foundry in Kerkrade and seven locations across Belgium and the Netherlands, we supply aluminium profiles and billets to customers in construction, transport, automotive, industry and horticulture across Europe.

THE DELIVERY RELIABILITY OF E-MAX

Fast delivery times and consistent quality are not a promise at E-MAX, but the result of our own logistics centre, seven locations across Belgium and the Netherlands and a production capacity of 80,000 tonnes per year.

Quality at E-MAX is documented and certified in accordance with ISO 9001. Our packaging is reusable and designed to minimise damage and waste during storage and transport. We deliver fast, safely and with the lowest possible CO₂ emissions. Because we care.

X-ECO ALUMINUM PROFILES

LOW-CARBON ALUMINIUM WITH HIGH RECYCLED CONTENT
X-ECO is E-MAX’s premium circular aluminium. Produced from 80 to 97% recycled post-consumer scrap, with a verified carbon footprint of 2.03 tCO₂e per tonne of aluminium, independently verified by DNV, based on the applicable verification scope. That is 4x lower than the European average for primary aluminium production (8.0 tCO₂e/t, source: European Aluminium, cradle-to-gate). EPDs are available for X-ECO 6060 and X-ECO 6063.

That sustainability goes hand in hand with premium quality. X-ECO has the same mechanical properties as primary aluminium. No compromise on quality, with a verifiably lower environmental impact.
